Well this week was kind of a draw. Not tracking over Memorial Day weekend caught up with me. I didn't gain, but I didn't lose either.
I am exactly the same.
My goal for this week? Track EVERYTHING. If it goes in my mouth, it's getting tracked. I will have a loss next Sunday for weigh-in. Even if it's .2 pounds down.
Yes you WILL (have a loss, that is)!!!!
ReplyDeleteNot tracking is always my downfall when I have a bad week. It's amazing how those little points sneak in there. Here's to a better week!
