Happy Birthday Jack!

Jack turned 4 on February 2nd and we had the luxury of having his birthday party on his actual birthday.  We kept it small again this year, similar to Cal's party, and only had dinner and presents over at my in-laws.
Jack had very specific requests about what gifts he wanted.  He asked for a PlayDoh ice cream maker and Despicable Me 2 DVD.  When asked what kind of cake he wanted, he wanted a Jake cake.  And flavor?  Sprinkle.  I found an easy recipe online for a homemade Funfetti cake so that's what I made for him.

Enjoy the pictures below!

The presents all set up (along with some toys)

Full of personality, this one

Since his party, he has played with his PlayDoh ice cream maker every.single.day.  He loves it.

I can't wait for this weekend.  We have the boys' yearly pictures to do.  We would have taken this weekend but we were completely snowed/iced in.

Jack Emmett, you are so much fun, and frustrating at times.  The good outweighs the bad every day though.  I need to do a separate post about you and your personality at this age.  Not only are you active, wild, happy, strong-willed but also very very very funny. Some of the stuff that comes out of your mouth are hysterical and some super gross.

Love you my first born!
