I forgot to post my weigh in this week.
I was down another 2 pounds (yay!).
Starting weight: 205.8
Current weight: 199.6
Total loss: 6.2 pounds
I have a feeling this week is going to be a bit harder. I am sick and only want to eat things that are bad for me. I will force myself to track even though I probably don't want to see the numbers.
